I'm going to introduce a little bit about myself on this page and update every month, so that I can connect with you better and hope that you feel my artworks closer.
This month, I'll write about my usual routine as a local artist.
My resolution in this year is to paint more and paint better ( +jogging every morning). I've already started out aggressively - making new paintings and new paintings.
I make some paintings and leave those for a while because sometimes time tells me that paintings that I thought great are not so much great. I go back to those paintings to make better, and leave them for a while again.
I don't know much about photo shootings and had to struggle and am struggling to take nice pictures of new paintings. This process is actually painful for me. My studio is tiny, and I have to struggle the small space and lightings. Sometimes gross paintings reflect the lights and I don't even know how to deal with it. If I was more successful artist, would like to hire a professional photographer...I really wish I could. Photo shooting process is time consuming too because after the shooting, editing time would come. There are many photos for one painting and choose the best ones for this website, Etsy site, and Instagram. For large painting, I need to take video too, so that people can take a look at more details and would feel those paintings much closer than photos.
For some people, especially younger generations would handle those process faster and smarter...I envy them... They can do those stuff like nothing. How they do that? I even ask my husband to hold a painting in the balcony so that there is much stronger sun light out there, but I have to struggle with shadow... It's ok, rough at me. I'm getting better but turtle speed.
I would like to hire my personal assistant and a photographer...maybe in few years!
Meanwhile, I have to do all of those alone.

Björk / Medúlla (2004) Why did I chose this album from many works of Bjork? Post and Homogenic are great too. But I had to choose this one because she challenged to make songs using only human voices, no musical instruments. I love especially the last track "Triumph of a Heart".
Used to listen to this song over and over again. Innovation - that's what she does!

A boy seems weak and venerable who doesn't know how to stand for his mother. I didn't see the last scene was coming, and it was so sensational and powerful. Benedict Cumberbatch is one of my favorite actors and enjoyed his performance as usual but this Kodi Smit-McPhee's acting blew my mind. He shadowed Cumberbatch's excellent performance.

Blick Wood Gallery Frames
Few years ago, I had a very first group show at gallery in NY, and had to collect frames to hang there. Since I bought some of those from Blick Art store, I sometimes go back to this art supply store to get some more frames.
Those frames are awesome in my opinion.
They have basic colors for those frames, white, natural wood, and black.
Light wight and easy to hang, and what I love about those frames is stretched canvases fit into the frames.You don't have to remove a stretcher bar from canvas!
My painting ( "NO.46") is 11 x 14 inches and stretched on a stretcher bar inside,
but still fits nicely into the frame.
